Welcome to the CLARA project!
CLARA stands for:
Cyber Language Alignment and Reconciliation Assessment tool.
The CLARA project was built from the original research "Weяe We Att@kзd?" which explored the complex intersection between cyberspace and sovereignty. "Weяe We Att@kзd?" defined a cyber breach of State sovereignty and used that definition as a springboard to build a bridge between malign cyber and real-world, consequence-bearing activity in a revolutionary manner.
The CLARA project is an original, human-in-the-loop, three-stage Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning (AI/ML) solution. The first stage is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm that views cyber data through a linguistic lens. This model "translates" malign cyber activity into real-world activity as though the activity was vocabulary, instead of actions. Real-world actions bear consequences, and by connecting malign cyber activity to real-world activity, established doctrine can be more easily applied.
The second model performs simulated potential predicted futures (PPF). This algorithm is an unsupervised deep-learning model that performs pattern analysis, allowing for the simulation of potential cyber futures with cascading effects.
The third model, CLARA-IR, is a Cross-Language Information Retrieval System for researching documents relevant to the simulated futures.
Thank you for your interest in the CLARA project!
